How Long Should Flossing Take Each Day?
Most people are aware of the need for flossing every day, even if they may not take it seriously. One reason that some people don't floss as often as they should is that they think it will take too long. This is not the case: proper dental hygiene does not take nearly as long as you may think, and you will find that the benefits are well worth the additional time.

Proper Flossing: 5 Minutes to Better Health

Brushing your teeth should take two minutes. After that, flossing properly will take somewhere between 3-5 minutes. At first, it may take longer, but as you get better, you will also become faster at it.
So, take 5 minutes a day, and invest in your future smile.
