Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all of the cost of your dental care. Most plans include a deductible and a co-payment (% not paid by insurance), which must be paid by the patient.
If you have dental insurance, please bring plan information with you to your appointment. We will work with you to utilize your maximum benefits.
Although Dr. Woods accepts dental insurance, the payment of a claim is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Filing insurance claims is a courtesy we extend to our patients, but please remember all charges are the patients responsibility.
We make every effort to keep down the cost of your dental care. You can help by paying for treatment (or your portion) at the time of your visit. We expect payment at the end of your appointment. Services are to be paid by: Cash, Personal Check, Mastercard or VISA. Discounts are given for day of service payments.
If your treatment plan requires several visits, you will be given an estimate and asked to make financial arrangements with our business staff if necessary.
